If you do not require a private area we can also book space in popular east village bar located on he ground floor and there is no fee involved.

Terms And Conditions

Room Hire Fee
A room hire fee is charged for each bar on Friday and Saturday nights giving you exclusive rights to the room. This also includes your staff, furniture set up, audio visual etc. Room Hire fees are now reduced during the week. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive a signed booking form together with your room hire fee. Click here for the Booking Form

Rooms can be placed on short term HOLDS. This HOLD expires after 48 hours unless other arrangements have been made.

Cancellation
Any cancellations less than 6 weeks before the event will lose the hire fee if an alternate function is not secured. Bookings made in November - December will require 8 weeks notice. Failure to cancel more than one week prior to the event, will result in a 50% charge of the minimum spend.

Payment
All accounts must be settled in full at the close of the function. Cash or credit cards are accepted. American Express will incur a 2.2 % surcharge. Company cheques will be accepted where prior arrangement has been made with the hotel. Minimum Spend Requirements Any minimum spend required to secure a bar can be made up of food & alcohol. Any shortage must be paid on the night of the function.

Security

Under no circumstances does the east village hotel take responsibility for any items brought onto the premises by the client. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the security of their equipment.

The Legendary Manhattan Roof Top is Sydney's most popular (pub) function floor. This bar is generally booked out well in advance, so make sure you get in early.

With its breathtaking views, this open top, sun drenched roof terrace is an icon in Sydney's bar & restaurant scene.

With an exclusive cocktail bar, lush tropical plants and music emanating in surround sound the Manhattan Roof Top is unique from any other bar in Sydney. There is no better place for a an afternoon cocktail.

When the sun drops, fairy lights, candles and a city skyline only add to the sensual mood.

This space caters for all types of functions, from fully catered lunch and dinner bookings, wedding receptions and corporate events to large-scale parties.

The Manhattan Roof Top is ideal in all weather conditions. A clear PVC marque & heaters accommodate to all conditions, no matter what the heavens or temperature decides.

If you want the perfect place to impress your friends then why not consider the Manhattan Roof Top for a mid week, private dinner function or BBQ lunch during the week.

During summer, leisurely Saturday & Sunday afternoons are also very popular for private bookings.

The Room Hire fee is $500 for Friday & Saturday Nights & just $250 during the day. Whilst music is welcomed up on the Rooftop, DJ's are not permitted.

No persons under the age of 18 years old are allowed.

Last drinks are called at eleven thirty, bar closes at 11.45 and Eastvillage closes at 12.00 ( if you have a DJ they must finish up at an appropriate time if they have equipment to pack up so that they can be off the premises at the required time which is 12:15 all patrons must be off the venue by this time.

All minimum bar tabs must be met on the night.
