The Perfect Menu For Spring

at P'nut Street Noodles

As the saying goes, summer bodies are made in winter and spring, and so P’Nut Street Noodles is helping Brisbane and Sunshine Coast residents maintain a healthy diet by offering four fresh and flavoursome dishes under 400 calories.

All Dietitian approved by APD Kate Di Prima, the four yummy dishes are packed full of flavour and contain at least 20g protein, 2 servings of daily veg, 400 calories or less, plus 4g fibre and less carbs. The flavours include Mongolian Stir-fry with beef, Chilli Jam Stir-Fry with Chicken, Buddha’s Vegetable & Tofu Stir-Fry and Chilli Jam Salad with Chicken - using made-from-scratch sauce and fresh Aussie produce.

P’Nut Street Noodles prides itself in serving up real food made with fresh ingredients, bursting with the bold flavours of Southeast Asia, and no preservatives. It was created to provide guests with a real Asian street food experience through authentic food and is now making guests’ health a key focus. Along with the P’Lite menu, P’Nut has partnered with Brisbane-based APD, Leanne Ward, to create gut-friendly dishes and Shannan Ponton from the Biggest Loser to create pre and post workout dishes.
